For over ten years the International Consortium for the Advancement of Academic Publication (ICAAP) has been pushing the envelope of online academic publication. ICAAP prides itself on delivering an enormous range of affordable (and in most instances, free) Internet-based services and resources for students, scholars and libraries. While ICAAP remains committed to a philosophy of free and open access to online scholarship, the truth is: supporting free online scholarship isn't cheap. If you or your patrons access any of the 80+ electronic journals that are affiliated with ICAAP, then I encourage you to consider making a secure, online contribution to ICAAP. A modest donation will enable ICAAP to continue providing invaluable open access scholarly resources, while it will also support ICAAP's ongoing efforts to expand the horizons of electronic scholarship.
Please consider making a secure, online contribution in the following amount:
Individuals: $5 - $20 per year
Libraries: $150 - $300 per year
Just think about it! For less than the annual cost of many print journals, libraries can become members of ICAAP and, thus, provide their patrons with full access to the enormous (and growing!) range of ICAAP's online journals and services. In an era when most publishers are gouging libraries mercilessly, ICAAP is committed to turning the tide; ICAAP strives to provide more and better scholarly resources at a cost that all libraries can afford.
